科大在第九屆中國國際高新技術成果交易會展出14項尖端
技術及產品，包括「用於先進移動網絡的實時視頻效果增
強系統」、「隨賞－ P2P互動網絡電視」、「高精度節能型智
能注塑機控制器的開發」及「麗安康」。「麗安康」是一款中
藥產品，能有效防治更年期綜合症或骨質疏鬆症。
HKUST showcased 14 of its cutting-edge technologies
and products at the Annual China Hi-Tech Fair.
These technologies or products included “Real-time
Video Quality Enhance System for Advanced Mobile
Communications”, “Any-Vue, P2P Interactive Network
Television”, “Intelligent Injection Molding Control
System”, and a Chinese medicinal product called “Lai
An Kang”, which effectively treats osteoporosis and
menopausal symptoms.

根據倫敦《金融時報》公佈的全球行政人員工商管理碩士
（EMBA）課程調查，香港科技大學與美國西北大學凱洛格
(Kellogg)管理學院合辦的EMBA課程，登上本年度全球排名
榜冠軍位置。該課程是首個躋身國際級排名榜榜首的本地開辦
課程。
HKUST’s Executive MBA Program, taught in conjunction
with the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern
University, was ranked No.1 in the world in this year’s
Financial Times
EMBA global rankings. This is the first time
a Hong Kong-based program has topped an international
rankings chart.
科大與白俄羅斯國立無線電信息大學簽訂交流協
議。白俄羅斯國立無線電信息大學是白俄羅斯共和
國內一所優秀學府，其計算機科學、無線電電子學
及電子通訊領域的教研工作，在該國首屈一指。
HKUST signed an exchange agreement with the Belarusian
State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, a
premier university in the Republic of Belarus famous for
its expertise in computer science, radioelectronics and
telecommunications.
科大特別為海外、內地及本港學生舉辦「科大環球
美食大賽」，共慶科大集不同文化於一身的校園生活。
烹飪大賽成為當日的焦點，來自歐洲、亞洲、拉丁美洲及
香港等國家或地區的六組學生，爭奪「最受歡迎菜式」及
「大會獎項」。太古集團慷慨解囊，贊助是次活動及獎品。
A special event entitled “A Taste of Culture” was
organized for international, Mainland and local students
to celebrate HKUST’s multicultural campus life. The
highlight was a cooking competition where six teams
of students from Europe, Asia and Latin America, in
addition to Hong Kong, vied for the honor of “The
Most Popular Dish” and “Champion Award”. The
competition was sponsored by the Swire group which
had generously donated the prizes.
