電子及計算機工程學系張翠瑩，成為科大首位各門課程均獲「A+」
分數的本科生，畢業平均分及累積平均分均為滿分。
Cherie Cheung Chui Ying, Electronic and Computer Engineering.
The first HKUST undergraduate to score 100% A+ for all courses,
earning a perfect Graduation Grade Point Average and Cumulative
Grade Point Average.

計算機科學及工程學系博士生何丙勝，榮獲年度全球IBM博士補助金
獎，這獎項旨在為傑出博士生提供資助。
Bingsheng He, Computer Science and Engineering PhD student. Winner
of the annual worldwide IBM PhD fellowship which supports outstanding
doctoral candidates.
