Award. She won the award consecutively in 2007 and 2008. She
was also the recipient of the Management Science Distinguished

the Best Paper Award in the 3rd International
Conference on Communications & Networking in
China (Chinacom) in Hangzhou in August 2008

his outstanding contributions to the applications of engineering
