第13屆學位頒授典禮於
11月9日至11日隆重舉
行，共頒授1,784個學士
學位、1,182個碩士學
位，以及119個博士學
位。香港特區行政長官
曾蔭權先生以科大監督
的身份主持了典禮。
The 13th Congregation was held from 9th to 11th
November, conferring 1,784 Bachelor’s, 1,182 Master’s
and 119 doctoral degrees. The ceremony was officiated
by the Hon Donald Tsang, Chief Executive of the HKSAR,
in his capacity as the Chancellor of the HKUST.
神州六號兩位太空人抵達香港，參加由科大、
香港中文大學和香港教育學院合辦的「神舟六
號航天講座 ─ 與航天員及科學家見面」學術座
談會，受到科大教職員和學生的熱烈歡迎。
HKUST faculty and students welcomed the
crew of Shenzhou-6 when they arrived in
Hong Kong to participate in an academic
forum on China’s space program. The
forum was jointly organized by HKUST, the
Chinese University of Hong Kong and the
Hong Kong Institute of Education.

數不在的計算」。這是由微軟亞洲研究院、國家自然科學基金
委員會及科大合辦的研討會，首次在內地以外的地區舉行。

place at HKUST focusing on “Data Centric Computing”.
