FEB The HKUST Jockey Club Hall was officially opened. The new residential building at Tseung Kwan O provides 512 bed spaces for undergraduate students. MAR The University and Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau jointly established the France-HKUST Innovation Hub. The Intimacy of Creativity 2017 Contemporary Song Festival was presented in collaboration with the New York Festival of Song and Asia Society Hong Kong Center. The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA was ranked the world’s top program in Quacquarelli Symonds’ inaugural Global EMBA Rankings table. Prof Yi Wang (Physics) gave a public talk on “The Universe: Past, Now and Future” at the Hong Kong Space Museum. 2017
